Barbecue Beef - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. hamburger
    1 green pepper, chopped
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1 Tbsp. apple cider vinegar
    1 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 large onion, chopped
    1 c. celery, chopped
    1/4 tsp. ground cloves
    1 Tbsp. prepared mustard
    1 c. catsup
    1 c. tomato juice
Preparation
    Brown ground beef in a large skillet. Drain off fat. Add remaining ingredients to browned beef. Simmer, uncovered, for 30 minutes. Serve on hamburger buns. This recipe freezes well.
