Ingredients

1 baked 8-9 inch pie shell
7 ripe tomatoes-Romano works best-quartered
salt & pepper to taste
1 Tbsp fresh or 1 tsp dried basil
2 Tbsp dried chios
1/2 cup mayo
1 cup grated cheddar cheese
Preparation

Spread over pie. Bake at 400\u00b0 for 30-35 minutes.
