Ham Souffle - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. oil
    1 c. minced mushrooms
    3 Tbsp. butter
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 1/4 c. chicken broth
    1/4 tsp. black pepper
    4 eggs, separated
    1 c. finely ground ham
    1/2 lb. egg noodles
    2 Tbsp. melted butter
Preparation
    Saute mushrooms in oil.
    In heavy saucepan, melt 3 tablespoons butter.
    Add flour; stir until smooth.
    Gradually add broth.
    Stir; bring to a boil.
    Simmer for 5 minutes.
    Stir occasionally.
    Add pepper.
    Beat yolks in small bowl; add some of hot mixture, whisking constantly.
    Return yolk mixture to hot mixture, blending well.
    Add mushrooms and ham, salt and pepper.
    Set aside; cool 10 minutes.
    Cook noodles al dente; drain.
    Toss with 2 tablespoons melted butter.
