The Cake That Doesn'T Last - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. sifted flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
2 c. diced ripe bananas
1 c. cooking oil
1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
3 eggs
Preparation

Measure dry ingredients and sift together.
Dice bananas and measure out 2 cups.
Add bananas to dry ingredients, along with oil, pineapple with juice, vanilla and eggs.
Stir to blend (do not beat).
Pour into a greased 9-inch tube pan and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour and 20 minutes.
Cool in pan.
