Baked Mustard Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 chicken breast halves, skinned and boned
    1/4 c. spicy brown mustard (Dijon)
    1/2 c. Italian flavored bread crumbs
    1/4 c. butter or margarine, melted
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    2 Tbsp. water or white wine
    paprika
Preparation
    Brush chicken with mustard and dredge in bread crumbs.
    Place in a baking dish.
    Combine butter, lemon juice and water; drizzle 1 tablespoon over each piece of chicken and pour remainder in dish.
    Cover and bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes. Remove cover, sprinkle with paprika and bake an additional 10 minutes.
    Serves 2 or 4.
