Spicy Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 lb. potatoes
    1 can cheese soup
    1 can water (soup can)
    1 (4 oz.) can diced green chilies
    1 (4 oz.) can taco sauce
    1 c. grated Longhorn cheese
    salt and pepper to taste
    1/2 can French fried onion rings
Preparation
    Peel potatoes. Cube into bite size pieces. Boil until almost done. Drain water and put into a casserole dish. Mix remaining ingredients (except onion rings). Pour over potatoes. Bake for 30 minutes at 350\u00b0. Sprinkle onion rings on top the last 5 minutes of baking. Makes 8 servings.
