Sweet Potatoes In Apple Shells - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 large red baking apples
    brown sugar
    3 Tbsp. butter
    pecans
    3 Tbsp. Milnot
    2 sweet potatoes, cooked and mashed
Preparation
    Halve apples crosswise; remove core and seeds.
    Sprinkle cavity with brown sugar.
    Place in shallow pan containing small amount of water.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 10 to 20 minutes.
    Scoop out pulp, leaving a shell about 1/2-inch thick.
    Add mashed apple pulp, butter and cream to hot, mashed sweet potatoes.
    Beat until fluffy.
    Put mixture in apple shells; sprinkle with pecans.
