Banana Split Breakfast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 medium banana, peeled and cut lengthwise
    1/4 tsp. lemon juice
    1/3 c. cottage cheese
    2 tsp. strawberry jam, melted
    1/2 tsp. sunflower seeds
Preparation
    On small plate arrange the banana as a banana split and brush each with 1/4 teaspoon of lemon juice.
    Spoon the cottage cheese onto the banana, pour the melted jam over the cheese and sprinkle the sunflower seeds on top.
