Pie Crust - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. flour
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    2 tsp. salt
    1 3/4 c. shortening
    1 egg, beaten
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    1/2 c. water
Preparation
    Cut shortening into flour with pastry blender or 2 knives. Combine remaining ingredients and add to flour mixture.
    Mix until it forms a ball.
    Makes enough for 4 or 5 crusts, depending on size of pan.
