1 tsp. melted fat
onion rings
Preparation

Beat eggs and add milk.
Add dry ingredients and beat 1 to 2 minutes and then beat in fat.
Separate (1/4-inch thick) onion slices
into
rings
and dip in batter.
Drop rings into hot fat until golden brown.
