Spicy Bacon-Bean Pot - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 (16 oz.) cans baked beans in tomato sauce
2 (15 oz.) cans red kidney beans, drained
2 (12 oz.) cans whole kernel corn, drained
10 slices bacon, crisp-cooked, drained and crumbled
1 chopped onion
1 c. chopped red or green pepper
1/4 c. bottled smoked flavored barbecue sauce
2 tsp. chili powder
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 c. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese (2 oz.)
Preparation

In Dutch oven, combine beans, corn, bacon, onion, pepper, barbecue sauce, chili powder and garlic powder.
Cover and cook over medium heat 35 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Sprinkle with cheese.
Makes 20 servings.
