Spinach Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 oz. frozen chopped spinach
    3 oz. cream cheese, softened
    1 c. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
    5 eggs, slightly beaten
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. chopped green onion
    2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
    unbaked 9-inch pastry shell
    thinly sliced tomato
    1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Cook spinach according to package directions.
    Drain and squeeze to remove all water.
    Combine all other ingredients, except tomato and Parmesan cheese.
    Stir lightly with fork.
    Stir in spinach.
    Pour into pastry shell.
    Arrange tomato on top and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
    Bake at 450\u00b0 for 35 minutes.
