Fruit Ham Steak - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 Tbsp. butter, melted
2 Tbsp. orange juice
1/2 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. curry powder
2 bananas
2 peaches
1 (8 oz.) can pineapple chunks
1 (2 lb.) smoked center-cut ham, sliced (1-inch thick)
1/2 c. shredded coconut
1 1/2 c. maraschino cherries
Preparation

Combine butter, orange juice, brown sugar and curry powder. Peel bananas and cut into 1-inch chunks.
Peel and slice peaches. Add bananas, peaches and pineapple to curry mixture.
Stir to coat. Place ham in baking dish.
Spoon fruit mix over ham.
Sprinkle coconut and cherries over fruit.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 minutes or until ham and fruit are cooked and coconut is lightly browned.
