Italian Beef - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 lb. rolled rump roast or 7 lb. chuck roast
    1 pkg. onion soup
    3 c. water
    2 tsp. red pepper
    2 tsp. oregano
    2 tsp. sweet basil
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Cook all ingredients in large pot for 4 hours.
    Remove meat from juice and slice.
    Place back in juice.
    If chuck roast is used, remove fat and separate meat in small pieces.
