Breakfast Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. sausage, browned
    6 slices French bread, cut 3/4 to 1-inch thick
    1 c. Cheddar cheese
    6 eggs, beaten
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. dry mustard
    2 1/2 c. milk
Preparation
    Mix eggs, salt, dry mustard and milk together.
    Layer in buttered 9 x 13-inch dish the bread, sausage, cheese and then egg mixture.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
    Serves 6 to 8.
