Milky Way Cake - cooking recipe

8 Milky Way candy bars
1/2 c. margarine, melted
2 c. granulated sugar
1/2 c. softened margarine
4 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/4 c. buttermilk
1/2 tsp. baking soda
3 c. all-purpose flour
1 c. chopped nuts
Preparation

Combine candy and 1/4 cup melted margarine in a saucepan. Place over low heat until melted.
Stir constantly; cool.
Cream sugar and 1/2 cup softened margarine until light and fluffy.
Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each one.
Stir in vanilla.
Combine buttermilk and soda.
Add to cream mixture.
Add flour, beating well.
Stir in candy bars and nuts.
Bake in greased and floured 10-inch tube pan at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour and 20 minutes.
