Squash Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. yellow squash
1 tsp. sugar
1 egg
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 stick butter
1 c. grated cheese
salt and pepper to taste
1 stack Ritz crackers, crushed
Preparation

Cook squash until tender.
Drain and mash.
Mix sugar, mayonnaise, onion, egg, salt and pepper with squash.
Place in casserole dish.
Top with cracker crumbs, grated cheese and melted butter.
Bake 35 to 40 minutes at 350\u00b0.
