Hawaiian Shrimp - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. steamed shrimp
    1 Tbsp. cooking oil
    1 small onion
    2 stalks celery
    1/2 green pepper
    1 (1 lb.) can pineapple chunks
    1/2 c. pineapple juice
    2 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 Tbsp. soya sauce
    1 Tbsp. cornstarch (like a paste)
Preparation
    Saute celery, onion and pepper until soft.
    Add pineapple chunks, juice, vinegar, soya sauce and cornstarch.
    Add shrimp; let simmer 10 to 15 minutes.
    Serve over rice.
    Serves 4.
    Double for family.
