Bulgur Natural Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    2 stalks celery, chopped (1 c.)
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 clove garlic, minced
    salt and pepper
    1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes
    1 c. bulgur
    1 c. water
    1/2 c. raisins
    1/3 c. sunflower seeds
    Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Stir all ingredients together, except cheese.
    Pour into casserole.
    Bake, covered.
    The last 5 minutes, add triangles of Cheddar cheese.
    Bake, uncovered, until cheese is melted in 375\u00b0 oven for 35 minutes.
