Eclair Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick margarine, melted
    1 c. sugar
    1/3 c. cocoa
    1/4 c. milk
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    3 c. milk
    1 large or 2 small pkg. vanilla instant pudding mix
    1 (8 oz.) carton Cool Whip (fold in after pudding has been prepared)
Preparation
    For frosting, melt first 4 ingredients and boil for 1 minute. Add vanilla and let cool.
