Stuffed Zucchini - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium (8 to 10-inch) zucchini
    1 Tbsp. corn oil
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 small onion, chopped
    2 Tbsp. chopped parsley or 2 tsp. dried
    1/2 tsp. oregano leaves, crumbled
    1/4 tsp. basil, crumbled
    pepper to taste
    2 Tbsp. tomato sauce
    2/3 c. fine bread crumbs
    2 Tbsp. melted margarine
    Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Split
    zucchini
    lengthwise;
    scoop
    out
    all of center pulp and
    seeds.
    Chop and put aside.
    Saute beef and onion in oil; drain fat.\tAdd rest of ingredients except margarine and cheese. Mix in pulp; pile into scooped out centers.
    Top with margarine and
    cheese.

    350\u00b0
    until tender (about 1 hour).
