Buttermilk Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (9-inch) pie crusts
    2 sticks margarine
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 c. buttermilk
    2 1/2 c. sugar
    4 eggs
    2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Mix sugar and flour.
    Beat eggs before adding.
    Add buttermilk and vanilla.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 until top is brown, then bake at 300\u00b0 for approximately 1 hour.
