Sausage Macaroni Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. oil
    1 garlic clove
    1 large onion, chopped
    3/4 lb. sweet Italian sausages, cut into pieces
    3 c. uncooked macaroni
    1 (28 oz.) can whole tomatoes
    1 Tbsp. oregano
    3 c. Cheddar cheese cubes (Velveeta works best)
Preparation
    In a large skillet in oil, saute chopped garlic clove.
    Remove and discard garlic.
    Add chopped onion to pan and saute until translucent.
    Remove sauteed onion to large casserole.
    Saute sausage pieces; remove and drain well.
