Eggnog Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    3 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. nutmeg
    Cream Fluff Frosting
    1/2 tsp. ginger
    1/2 c. shortening
    1 c. milk
    1 tsp. rum flavoring
    3 eggs
Preparation
    Grease and flour 2 round 8 or 9 x 1 1/2-inch layer pans. Combine all ingredients except frosting.
    Blend on low 30 seconds, then beat on medium speed 3 minutes.
    Pour into pans and bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes.
    Cool and frost.
