Chocolate Oysters - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. cream cheese
    2 lb. powdered sugar
    3 tsp. vanilla
    1/8 tsp. salt
    1 box unsweetened Baker's chocolate
    1 to 1 1/2 lb. salted peanuts
Preparation
    Mix cream cheese, powdered sugar, vanilla and salt until well combined.
    Ball into small bite sized balls and chill for 1 hour. Melt chocolate, adding 1/2 teaspoon oil if too stiff, until smooth.
    Grind peanuts.
    Dip balls 1 at a time into chocolate until covered.
    Roll candy ball in peanuts until covered. Refrigerate until set.
    Store in a cool, covered place.
