Pasta Bella - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (16 oz.) pkg. pasta (garden spirals or macaroni)
1/2 lb. butter or margarine
1 pod garlic, finely chopped
2 c. diced tomatoes
2 c. chopped onions
2 c. chopped zucchini
2 c. sliced mushrooms
2 c. broccoli (tops only)
2 c. chopped carrots
1 c. grated Parmesan cheese
5 c. grated Mozzarella cheese
Preparation

Melt butter or margarine in a large saute skillet.
Add garlic and vegetables, except for broccoli and tomatoes.
Saute on medium heat until tender.
Add tomatoes and saute until tender.
Drain off 1/2 the butter and return skillet to low heat.
Cook and drain pasta while sauteing vegetables.
Add pasta to vegetables; add Parmesan and Mozzarella cheese.
Continue tossing until cheese is melted.
