Turkey Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. cubed, cooked turkey
1 c. sliced celery
3/4 c. walnuts
1 c. drained, cooked peas
1 Tbsp. minced onions
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. lemon pepper marinade
1/2 c. mayonnaise
lettuce cups
walnut halves
Preparation

Put turkey into a large bowl with celery, nuts, peas, onions, salt and lemon pepper marinade and toss lightly to mix.
Add mayonnaise; toss gently to coat evenly.
Chill.
Spoon into crisp lettuce cups and garnish with walnut halves.
Serve with hot biscuits.
