Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 c. sliced yellow squash
    1 (8 oz.) sour cream
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 c. shredded carrot
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. herb seasoned stuffing mix
    1/2 c. butter or margarine
Preparation
    Cook sliced squash and onion in boiling water for 15 minutes and drain.
    Combine cream of chicken soup and sour cream.
    Stir in shredded carrot.
    Fold in drained squash and onion.
    Combine stuffing mix and butter.
    Spread half of stuffing mixture in bottom of 12 x 7 1/2-inch baking dish.
    Spoon vegetables mix on top.
    Sprinkle remaining stuffing mix over top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until done.
