Oven-Fried Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 broiler-fryer, cut up (2 1/2 to 3 lb.)
    3 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    1 1/2 tsp. dried basil or marjoram, crushed
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    2 1/2 c. corn flakes
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
    Rinse chicken pieces with water and pat dry with paper towels.
    In a small, microwave-proof bowl, melt butter or margarine.
    Add seasonings.
    Set aside.
