Oat And Rice Burgers(Makes 10 Patties) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/4 c. cooked brown rice
    1/2 c. cooked rolled oats
    1/4 c. walnuts, chopped
    1 Tbsp. green pepper, chopped
    1/4 c. tofu
    1 Tbsp. soy milk (dry)
    1 Tbsp. onion, chopped
    1 Tbsp. Vegit all vegetable seasoning
    1/2 tsp. sea salt
Preparation
    Mix together all ingredients and form into patties.
    Spray lightly the baking pan with Pam or spread thin coat of olive oil on pan.
    Place patties into pan and bake at 325\u00b0 for approximately 25 to 30 minutes.
    Leftovers can be frozen and used later.
