Carrot Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. shredded carrots
    1 c. dark raisins
    1 large red apple, cored and diced
    1 (16 oz.) can pineapple tidbits with juice
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
Preparation
    Empty carrots in bowl.
    Add all the other ingredients; mix well.
    Chill.
    Serve on lettuce.
