Vegetable Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

broccoli (desired amount)
cauliflower (desired amount)
carrots (desired amount)
4 Tbsp. butter
4 Tbsp. flour
1/4 tsp. dry mustard
2 c. milk
salt and pepper to taste
1/4 lb. Velveeta
1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
Preparation

Steam broccoli, cauliflower and carrots until tender.
Melt butter; add flour and salt.
Stir until blended.
Add milk; stir until thick.
Lower heat and add cheese.
Stir until melted. Place steamed vegetables in casserole dish and cover with cheese mixture.
