Potato-Topped Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. from 12 oz. jar home style brown gravy
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    1 c. soft bread crumbs
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1 beaten egg
    1/2 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    2 1/2 c. hot mashed potatoes
    melted butter
    paprika
Preparation
    Measure 1/4 cup from 12 ounce jar of home style brown gravy. Combine with ground beef, bread crumbs, chopped onion, egg, salt and pepper.
    Form into a shallow loaf pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Remove from oven and drain fat.
