Scalloped Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 medium potatoes, sliced
    1/2 stick margarine
    3 c. milk
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 c. grated cheese
    1 Tbsp. parsley
Preparation
    Make a white sauce using margarine, flour, milk and salt.
    Put a layer of potatoes and sprinkle with pepper, onion, parsley and cheese.
    Repeat until all potatoes are used.
    Pour sauce over potatoes.
    Cover and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Uncover and bake until brown.
