Jambalaya (Shrimp And Ham) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large onion, chopped
    1 large pepper, chopped
    1 tsp. garlic salt
    1 celery rib, chopped
    2 Tbsp. parsley
    2 tsp. Tabasco sauce
    1 c. cooked ham (bite size)
    1 can tomatoes
    1/2 c. tomato sauce
    2 c. cooked rice
    1/2 lb. shrimp
Preparation
    Saute onions, peppers, garlic, celery and parsley.
    Add ham, tomatoes, tomato sauce and rice.
    Simmer about 1/2 hour.
    Add shrimp on top and steam until shrimp turns pink (about 10 or 15 minutes).
