Ingredients

1 c. milk
1 c. sugar
3 egg yolks (save whites for meringue)
2 Tbsp. cornstarch
1 tsp. lemon flavoring
1 c. shredded coconut
Preparation

Mix egg yolks and milk. Mix sugar and cornstarch to milk and eggs. Cook until thick. Add the lemon flavoring.
Add coconut to cooked ingredients.
Pour into baked pie shell.
