Not So Sweet Pecan Pieroswell, New Mexico - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. sugar
1 c. white Karo
5/8 c. sweet milk
2 1/2 Tbsp. flour
3 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. or more pecans

Preparation

Mix all ingredients.
Pour into pie crust and bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hour or until center is firm.
