Icebox Gingerbread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. butter
1 c. sugar
4 eggs
1 c. molasses
2 tsp. soda, dissolved in 1 Tbsp. hot water
1 c. buttermilk
3 1/2 c. flour
2 tsp. ginger
1 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Cream butter and sugar; add eggs, one at a time, and molasses. Add soda and buttermilk alternately with flour.
Add spices.
Store in refrigerator until needed.
Makes 6 dozen small muffins.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 6 minutes.
