Cinnamon Coffee Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 1/2 c. sifted flour
2 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 c. sugar
1 egg white
1/4 c. oil
3/4 c. skim milk

Preparation

Sift together flour, baking powder and sugar.
Blend in egg white, oil and milk.
Stir until flour is moistened.
