Sausage Manicotti - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. Cooked Sausage
    1 lb. Lasagna Noodles (Cooked)
    1 lb. Ricotta Cheese
    1 lb. Mozzarella (Grated)
    2 Tbsp. Fresh Parsley
    3 Cloves Garlic (Chopped fine)
    1 Egg
    1 Jar Spaghetti Sauce (or homemade sauce)
    1 tsp. Oregano
    Salt & Pepper
    1/2 c. Parmesan Cheese
Preparation
    1. Mix together 1/2 of parmesan cheese, ricotta, 1/2 grat ed mozzarella, parsley, garlic, eggs, oregano, Salt & Pepper.
    Put some sauce in bottom of pan. 2. Assemble manicotti.
    Cut lasagna noodles in half short ways.
    Place a Tbsp. or so of ricotta mixture & some sausage and wrap with noodles, seam side down in pan. Finish all ingredients then cover generously with sauce and rest of cheese. 3. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
