Lemon Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. cake flour, lightly spooned into measuring cup
    1 c. sugar
    1 tsp. baking powder
    pinch of salt
    grated rind of 2 lemons (about 2 Tbsp.)
    1 c. (2 sticks) butter, softened
    4 eggs
    1/4 c. fresh lemon juice
    1 tsp. lemon extract

Preparation
    Preheat
    oven
    to
    350\u00b0.
    Put cake flour, sugar, baking powder,
    salt
    and\tgrated\tlemon
    rind into mixer bowl.
    Turn mixer
    on
    low and mix 10 seconds to aerate.
    Add butter; beat 30 seconds or until well incorporated.
    Add eggs, lemon juice and extract.
    Beat
    until
    mixture is light in color, about 2 minutes. Spoon
    into
    a greased and floured tube or Bundt pan (8-inch
    is better).
    Bake
    for 30 to 40 minutes or until the cake
    springs back lightly when pressed and a toothpick comes out clean.
