Peanut Pillows - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (6 oz.) pkg. (1 c.) semi-sweet chocolate pieces
    1 Tbsp. shortening
    1/2 c. peanut butter
    3 c. spoon-size Shredded Wheat biscuits
    2 Tbsp. powdered sugar
    1/2 c. finely chopped peanuts
Preparation
    Melt chocolate
    pieces
    and
    shortening
    over low heat; stir in
    peanut
    butter
    and
    powdered
    sugar.
    Dip
    cereal in chocolate mixture, coating all sides; gently shake off excess. Roll in chopped peanuts.
    Cool on rack.
    Store in refrigerator or in a very cold place.
