Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. vegetable oil
    3 eggs
    2 c. water
    2 c. shredded zucchini
    1 c. chopped nuts
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    3 c. self-rising flour
    3 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Shred zucchini.
    Mix ingredients as listed.
    Pour into two greased loaf pans or one tube pan.
    Bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
    Cool in pan for 10 minutes and turn out on cake rack to completely cool.
