Ingredients

2 c. sugar
5 eggs
1 c. buttermilk
1 can Angel Flake coconut
1 c. Crisco
2 c. self-rising flour
1 1/2 Tbsp. coconut flavoring
Preparation

Cream sugar and Crisco.
Add eggs, one at a time.
Add flour and buttermilk alternately to other mixture.
Bake in tube or Bundt pan in 350\u00b0
oven for 1 hour.
Cook until top is good and brown.
