Sausage Casserole(Great For A Brunch) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 slices white bread
    2 (12 oz.) pkg. all natural roll sausage or 1 1/2 lb. diced ham
    1 (8 oz.) can chopped mushrooms, drained
    1 lb. Cheddar cheese, grated
    6 eggs
    2 c. light cream or milk
Preparation
    Tear bread into bite-size pieces and place in 9 x 13-inch casserole dish.
    Crumble sausage; cook and drain.
    Spread sausage or ham over bread.
    Add mushrooms and top with grated Cheddar cheese.
