Parmesan Toast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 loaf your favorite French type, small diameter bread, sliced about 1-inch thick
    olive oil
    garlic, peeled and cut in two
    grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Toast the bread on both sides until crisp, but not golden, about 7 to 8 minutes.
    Rub the rounds with garlic; brush with oil and sprinkle with a thin layer of cheese and toast another 7 to 8 minutes or until cheese is melted.
    Serve immediately.
