Farina Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 qt. milk
    1 c. farina
    1 1/4 c. sugar
    1/4 c. butter
    6 eggs, beaten
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 lb. Ricotta cheese
Preparation
    Bring to a boil the milk, butter, sugar and vanilla.
    Add farina and stir well.
    Remove from heat.
    Add Ricotta and eggs and stir well.
    Grease a small roasting pan or 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Pour into pan and sprinkle with cinnamon.
    Bake 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
