Freezer Zucchini - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    7 c. sliced zucchini, or mixture of zucchini & yellow summer squash
    1 c. green mango, chopped or sliced
    1 c. onion, chopped or sliced
    2 c. sugar
    1 c. white vinegar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. celery salt
Preparation
    In a large bowl mix zucchini, mango and onion.
    In another bowl, mix sugar, vinegar, salt and celery salt.
    Pour over zucchini mixture and store in refrigerator 4 to 5 days.
    Stir once a day.
    Then put in containers and freeze.
