Peach Cobbler - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 large can peaches, sliced and drained
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 c. self-rising flour
1 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
1 egg, whipped
cinnamon
Preparation

Pour peaches in a pie plate and sprinkle with lemon juice. In separate bowl, mix together self-rising flour and sugar, then add whipped egg to dry ingredients.
Mix to make it fluffy and crumbly.
Pour over peaches, then pour melted butter over pan. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes or until golden brown.
Remove from oven and sprinkle with cinnamon liberally.
Serve hot with ice cream or Cool Whip.
