Caramel Oatmeal Bars - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 box white cake mix
2/3 c. oatmeal
1/2 c. brown sugar
1 c. chopped nuts
1 egg
1 c. vegetable oil
3/4 c. caramel ice cream topping (12 oz.) or butterscotch topping
Preparation

Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
Mix cake mix, oatmeal, brown sugar and nuts in bowl.
Add egg and oil; mix.
Press half of dough into greased and floured pan (9 x 13-inch).
Pour on ice cream topping. Crumble remaining mixture on top.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
